Dr. Zamecki loves to teach and in her spare time, she has lectured to the medical staff at Danbury Hospital on a variety of topics. She also tries to volunteer some of her time to local community vision screenings.

Dr. Zamecki lives in Connecticut with her husband and her daughter Natalie. She loves the outdoors (biking, hiking, tennis, anything!) and enjoys cooking and traveling. She is currently trying to learn how to sail. Thanks to her Polish parents, Dr. Zamecki speaks nearly fluent Polish. She can also speak basic Spanish. Dr. Zamecki is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS), New England Oculoplastic Society (NEOPS), and Connecticut State Eye Physicians (CSEP).
